一说到食物，我就想到我喜欢吃的酸辣土豆丝，喜欢吃的羊肉串，还有喜欢吃的冰激凌，但是我更喜欢吃的还是味道鲜美的豆腐。

每当我看到豆腐时，就会垂延欲滴，每当吃到豆腐时，就会有一种说不出的美味。那鲜美而柔嫩的味道非常难忘。在家里，妈妈在做红烧豆腐时，我都想吃极了，还想看看妈妈是怎么烧的，于是我跑到厨房里看妈妈怎么做的：先把油烧开，用刀把豆腐分成三四份，等油烧开了，再把豆腐放进去反复煎，再把肉片和葱.大蒜放进去过十五分钟后，再放上盐.鸡精，一盘香喷喷的豆腐就出来了，还没开饭，我就拿着一口碗和一双筷子，偷偷的拿来吃。妈妈看了，就笑哈哈的对我说：“你这个馋嘴猪，又开始吃了，真是拿你没办法！”我看被老妈发现了，只能不好意思的笑了。吃饭时，妈妈好告诉我关于豆腐的传说：从前有一个人，他非常孝敬他父母，他父母非常爱吃豆类，或者用豆做的师食品。于是就去拜了一个专门用豆做食物的人为师。他很勤劳，很快就学会了很多食物的做法。有一次他在做豆浆时，突然发现盐没了，只有剩下来的盐卤水，于是把盐卤水倒了进去，过了一会儿，他拿起锅盖，发现锅里不是豆浆，而是一块一块的东西，于是他尝了一口，觉得味道很鲜，就请来了师夫。师傅看了也不知道这是什么，也尝了一口，也觉得味道鲜美，决给它取了一个名字叫豆腐。

有一次，我和爸爸妈妈去天阶山爬山。当我坐在亭子里休息的时候，看到了一大群蚂蚁。我用好奇的眼神盯着那一大群蚂蚁，不知道它们在干什么。我弯下腰仔细地一看，哦！原来那些蚂蚁在搬运食物啊！我再认真地一看，蚂蚁是在搬运一块较大的面包屑啊。那一块对我来说无比的小的面包屑，竟然要那么多的蚂蚁，甚至可以说是蚂蚁大家族的十分之一来搬运这块面包屑。

我看见蚂蚁搬运的方向，正是我要爬山的方向，于是我就跟着蚂蚁，一路观察着它们。

我蚂蚁们在爬台阶的时候，先是抬着食物，沿着台阶爬上去。可是领头的蚂蚁怕了不到一厘米，食物就会掉下来。蚂蚁们见这种方法不行，于是就换了另一种方法：先叠罗汉，把食物送到第二级台阶上，然后自己再慢慢地沿着阶梯，爬上去。用这样的方法，蚂蚁用了很久，才把食物抬到了第五级台阶。

虽然蚂蚁们知道用这样的方法非常累，但是它们为了能把食物抬到自己的窝里，并没有放弃。一级、两级、三级……过了很长时间，蚂蚁终于吧食物抬到了自己的窝里。蚂蚁们放下食物，触角碰触角地庆祝着，它们高兴极了。

看了蚂蚁搬食物，我明白了一个道理：“做任何事情都不能半途而废，只有坚持不懈才能成功。”

我最爱吃的食物是炸鸡，它的味道很香、皮脆脆的、吃起来有点咸，看起来酥酥的，颜色金黄色，香喷喷的，看起来就让我流口水，想到它就让我想咬一口。

每次吃它的时候就好像到天堂一样，我喜欢吃咸酥的口味，如果再加上一些胡椒盐的话就就更美味可口了。我爱死它了。如果有去香溪的时候，我都会去买炸鸡，顺便配一杯珍珠奶茶，太好吃了。

我喜欢吃炸鸡，但是炸鸡的热量很高，而且用油炸的。上课时，潘老师介绍炸鸡如果吃太多对身体不是很好，所以，我以后要有节制，不要吃太多。

我觉得吃食物要有节制，吃过量，多身体不好，大家不要暴饮暴食哦。
