塑料是石油副产品。从开采石油到制成塑料袋，要经过好多道工序和制作过程。勘探、钻井、采油、炼制，到石油副产品再制成塑料，塑料再经过各种加工，才成为小小的塑料袋。整个过程不知要耗费了多少人力、物力、财力，不知耗费了多少钢铁、电力和煤炭。这种现象应该改变了。

二、节省几度电是很容易的事

我们现在的生活多姿多彩。电视、电脑、洗衣机、电冰箱，各种照明灯，录音机、点读机等等，各种家用电器应有尽有。在我们使用后，只要我们随时注意节能节电，随手关灯，随手关机，随手断电，每家每户每天节省一度电是相当容易的事。就火力发电而言，节省一度电，一定能节省好多好多煤炭。同样也存在节省好多好多人力、物力、财力的问题。全国十三亿人口，按四口之家算，就有三亿两千五百万个家庭。一家一天节省一度电，这是多么大的数字啊!

as a result we must economize them most cleverly. new techniques should be developed and applied to reduce energy cost in industry and daily life. alternative energy should be employed wherever possible. eradicate any practice that wastes energy.
