每天早上的晨读，要多一半时间来学习新单词以及巩固已学的单词；然后课间时间可以先预习翻看一下英语课文；最为重要的是，晚上的自习时间，自己要多练听力，也要跟读发音，同时也要默写一些已经已过的单词。
