书中阐述师徒四人西天取经，历经八十一难。神勇忠心的孙悟空;慈悲迂腐的唐僧;憨厚可爱的猪八戒以及忠厚诚恳的沙和尚他们不怕艰险排除万难，鼓舞着人们永不灰心，为达目标奋斗不止，给人留下了极其深刻的印象。其中孙悟空嫉恶如仇、机智勇敢的精神令我难以忘怀......

就拿三大白骨精来说吧，白骨精三次变幻，都被孙悟空识破，而唐僧呢，不识妖魔，不辨善恶，反而责备孙悟空恶意行凶，将其赶回花果山。读到这里，我非常气愤，孙悟空尽心尽力的除妖，为的还不是保护唐僧，唐僧却不分青红皂白的一而再，再而三的责备孙悟空，孙悟空受尽委屈，却不得人心，我多么替他悲哀，而唐僧的过度迂腐，不懂人才，令我惋惜......

最让我钦佩的人还有沙和尚，沙和尚从跟唐僧西天取经一直是主力担当，虽然其貌不扬，但他一心跟随唐僧取经，忠心耿耿，正直无私，不惹是非足以让我钦佩。

简·爱从小被她的舅妈收养，受尽了她的虐待。并且她舅舅的儿子约翰里德还是一个又胖又大、蛮横无理、猪狗不如的禽兽。他经常无缘无故地打骂简·爱，但她的舅妈不但不去制止，反而支持她野蛮的儿子。然而，简·爱是一个顽强的、决不向恶势力低头的人。她再也忍受不了了，她对约翰的恨压倒了对他的畏惧，不顾一切地跟他对打起来。当然，结果可想而知，简·爱受到了她舅妈的惩罚。但她的这次举动足以令约翰胆颤心惊。
